SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders within Australia.
Orders are shipped every business day via Australia Post Express.
For metro areas, please allow 2-3 business days. 
For rural areas, please allow 3-5 business days.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Returns

We want you to love your FAER suit, so if it’s not right for you, we can help process an easy return. 

How do I return my order?

You will need to lodge your return within 30 days from the delivery of your suit, by emailing us your order number and reason for your return at hello@faer.com.au.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Condition of returns

Your items must be in their original condition, unwashed and not worn, with hygiene sticker and swing tags in place. For health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order when your receive it, and contact us immediately at hello@faer.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please request a Return, and then place a new order. This is the best way to ensure the replacement item is still available for you.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
